Eluent Tools can be installed under the Microsoft Visual Studio .NET Tools menu, where Eluent Find makes an excellent alternative to the Find in Files feature, and Eluent Replace provides VS.NET with considerably more powerful and convenient Replace in Files capabilities.

Path Plans provide you with a number of ways to refer to files currently open in Visual Studio .NET, including:

• The active document
• All open documents
• Files in the Active Project
• Files in all projects belonging to the active Solution

The Visual Studio .NET Chooser appears at the bottom of every Eluent Tools dialog box, and it allows you to easily specify and filter these files. It also allows you to specify files located in several important source code folders associated with Visual C++ 7 installations, and this is especially useful when using Eluent Find to search in the Visual C++ source code.
