Eluent Touch sets file and folder timestamps. Each object possesses
three timestamps:
| Timestamp |
Description |
| Creation |
The
date and time the object was created |
| Last
Write |
The
date and time the object was last modified |
| Last
Access |
The
date and time the object was last accessed |
With Eluent Touch, you can set these timestamps individually, or all
at once, and you have full control over the dates and times you set. The Eluent
Touch dialog box appears when you run Eluent Touch from
the Start Menu or an Explorer context menu, and when you run the eltouch
console program without any arguments. Below, Eluent Touch is about to
set all three timestamps for the files listed by the Path Plan selected
in the Path Plan Editor. We defined only the Last Write Time,
which we then designated the copy source by pressing its Activate
button, , and we
copied it to the remaining timestamps by pressing their Copy
buttons, .
After you press OK,
Eluent Touch begins to process your files, and a progress window appears, from which you
can cancel the operation at any time.
