Eluent Find Mini-Tour: The Main WindowThe Eluent Find main window is shown below after executing the Find Task from the preceding page. The File List pane presents the matching files, while the Match List pane presents the current file's matching lines. You can browse these matches without opening the file, or you can double-click or press Enter to load the current file into the File View pane, which shows the current match in a distinctive color. Although the File View is read-only, you can load the current file into a designated editor, and if Eluent Find has detected a Visual C++ installation, you can load the current file into the Visual C++ editor.
Once you have finished reviewing the results, you can start a new Find Task without leaving this instance of Eluent Find. If you want to narrow your search, it's possible to search in the current results. |
